REGULAMIN

§1. POSTANOWIENIA OGÓLNE

1. Organizatorzy

Organizatorem imprezy kartingowej jest Automobilklub Mysłowicki sekcja kartingowa Silesia Classic Kart tel. (32) 222-28-18.

2. Data i miejsceimprezy

Impreza odbędzie się na torze Steel Ring w Trinec (Czechy), przy ulicy Staré Město 94 w dniu 1 października 2022 roku.

3. Biuroimprezy

Do dnia poprzedzającego imprezę tj. 30-09-2022 biuro znajduje się w siedzibie Automobilklubu Mysłowickiego ul. Obrzeżna Północna 24 w Mysłowicach, czynne od 8:00 do 16:00.

W dniu imprezy 1-10-2022 biuro znajdować będzie się na recepcji głównej toru Steel Ring i będzie czynne od godziny 8:00.

4. Charakter i celimprezy

Impreza ma charakter pokazowy i będzie polegała na prezentowaniu gokartów wyprodukowanych przed 2002 rokiem, w celu upamiętnienia wyścigów gokartów w regionie Górnego Śląska. Odbędą się przejazdy pokazowe oraz wybory najładniejszego gokarta.

§2. ZGŁOSZENIA I WPISOWE

1. Zgłoszenia kategorii: WSK 125, WYŚCIGOWA 125, FORMUŁA C, 100, 125 oraz GOŚĆ będą przyjmowane osobiście w biurze imprezy lub pocztą elektroniczną (na adres e-mail: biuro@srv59986.seohost.com.pl ) poprzez dedykowany formularz na stronie imprezy do dnia 30-09-2022.
2. Zgłoszenie zostanie przyjęte jeśli: wypełnione są wszystkie rubryki, jest podpisane własnoręcznie przez uczestnika (w oryginale) i zostało opłacone wpisowe w pełnej wysokości. Oryginał zgłoszenia uczestnik musi przekazać w dniu 1-10-2022 w biurze imprezy, podczas rejestracji.
3. W przypadku przelewu na konto wymaga się załączenia do zgłoszenia potwierdzenia wpłaty pełnej kwoty wpisowego.
4. Przez fakt podpisania zgłoszenia uczestnik przyjmuje do wiadomości, że startuje w imprezie na własną odpowiedzialność i zrzeka się wszelkich praw do odszkodowań za wszelkie straty wynikłe podczas imprezy.
5. Wpisowe wynosi:
   5.1. Od 01-05-2022 do 31-08-2022 – 300zł od uczestnika (gwarantowany pakiet startowy),
   5.2. Od 01-09-2022 do 30-09-2022 – 400zł od uczestnika (brak gwarancji pakietu startowego),
   5.3. W dniu pokazów 500zł (bez pakietu startowego).
   5.4. Jeżeli uczestnik będzie startował w więcej niż jednej kategorii powinien dopłacić 100zł za każdą następną kategorię.
   5.5.Uczestnik zgłoszony tylko w kategorii RENTAL zwolniony jest z opłaty wpisowego. Opłatę za wypożyczenie sprzętu pobiera przedstawiciel toru Steel Ring.
6. Wpisowe nie podlegazwrotowi.
7. Wszyscy uczestnicy, którzy w terminie odbywania się imprezy nie ukończyli 18 lat , muszą złożyć w Biurze Organizatora pisemną zgodę opiekuna prawnego, którego obecność jest konieczna podczas imprezy (druk do pobrania w biurze imprezy). Minimalny wiek uczestnika to 15 lat.

§3. KATEGORIE

1. WSK 125 – silnik WSK 125 z oryginalnym cylindrem, głowicą i skrzynią biegów.
2. 100 – silniki kartingowe, dwusuwowe bez skrzyni biegów, chłodzone powietrzem lub cieczą, o pojemności do 100ccm, wyprodukowane przed 2002 rokiem.
3. 125 – silniki kartingowe, dwusuwowe bez skrzyni biegów, chłodzone powietrzem lub cieczą, o pojemności od 101ccm do 125ccm, wyprodukowane przed 2002 rokiem.
4. WYŚCIGOWA 125 – silniki dwusuwowe o pojemności 125ccm ze skrzynią biegów wyprodukowane przed 2002 rokiem w KDL (Kraje Demokracji Ludowej np. CZ 516, Mińsk 125), bez WSK 125.
5. FORMUŁA C – silniki dwusuwowe o pojemności 125ccm ze skrzynią biegów, chłodzone powietrzem lub cieczą, wyprodukowane przed 2002 rokiem.
6. RENTAL – umożliwia start osobom nie posiadającym własnego sprzętu. Sprzęt należy wypożyczyć w recepcji toru za dodatkową opłatą ustaloną przez przedstawiciela toru Steel Ring.
7. GOŚĆ – dopuszcza się udział gokartów WSPÓŁCZESNYCH tj. wyprodukowanych po roku 2002. Poszczególni uczestnicy o statusie GOŚĆ będą przydzieleni do jazdy w jednej z w/w kategorii. O przydziale kategorii decyduje organizator. Uczestnicy w klasie GOŚĆ nie będą uwzględniani przy podziale nagród.
8. W przypadku małej ilości zgłoszeń w danej klasie, organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do łączenia kategorii w celu maksymalnego wykorzystania możliwości/pojemności toru.
9. Aby klasa została uwzględniona w podziale nagród musi być zgłoszonych min. 3 gokarty.

§4. ZASADY PRZEBIEGU IMPREZY

1. Przed oficjalnym rozpoczęciem imprezy będzie przeprowadzone badanie kontrolne gokartów zgłoszonych do imprezy, mające na celu potwierdzenie zgodności sprzętu z zapisami §5 niniejszego regulaminu.
2. O kolejność na starcie zdecyduje losowanie pól startowych.
3. W celu uruchomienia gokartów do przejazdów pokazowych na polach przedstartowych może przebywać uczestnik i jedna osoba do pomocy.
4. Organizator zapewni i przydzieli numery startowe, w formie nalepek, dla zgłoszonych uczestników.
5. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian w przebiegu oraz sposobie rozgrywania imprezy celem optymalizacji przebiegu imprezy oraz utrzymania należytego porządku.

§5. WYMAGANIA TECHNICZNE

1. Podwozia powinny spełniać wymogi minimum :
   • wyprodukowane przed 2002 rokiem (za wyjątkiem kategorii RENTAL oraz GOŚĆ),
   • hamulce dowolne, minimum na tylną oś,
   • zderzaki przód, tył,
   • ogumienie dowolne,
   • każdy silnik powinien być wyposażony w układ wydechowy zakończony tłumikiem,
   • pola numerowe przód, tył wymiar 215mm x 215mm (lub zgodne z rokiem produkcji gokarta),

– żaden element nie może wystawać poza obrysgokarta.

2. Uczestnik musi posiadać:
   • ubezpieczenie sportowe NNW na czas trwania imprezy,
   • kask zamknięty z homologacją drogową,
   • kombinezon jednoczęściowy,
   • rękawice zakrywające nadgarstek,
   • buty zakrywające kostkę.

RULES I GRAND PRIX SILESIA CLASSIC KART

§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. ORGANIZERS

2. Date and place of the event
Event will take place on Steel Ring track in Trinec (Czech Rep.), Staré Město 94 street, on 1st October 2022.
3. Event office
Until day before event, that is 30 09 2022 event office will be in headquarters of Automobilklub Mysłowicki, Obrzeżna Północna 24 street in Mysłowice, opened from 8:00 till 16:00. At the day of event 1 10 2022 office will be placed in main reception of Steel Ring track and will be opened from 8:00.
4. Charakter and goal of event
Events character is demonstrative and will be to present gokarts produced before
year 2002, to commemorate gokart races in the Upper Silesia region. There will be demonstration runs and selection of the most beautiful go kart.
§2.
APPLICATIONS AND ENTRIES
1. Application forms for categories: WSK 125, WYŚCIGOWA 125, FORMUŁA C, 100 , 125 and GUEST will be accepted in personat event office or by email (e mail: biuro@srv59986.seohost.com.pl ) through assigned form available on event website
until 30.09.2022.
2. Application will be acc epted if: all fields are filled, is signed by hand by participant (original form) and entry fee was fully paid. If participant is coming outside of Poland and does not have possibility to transfer money to organizer bank account number, payment can be done in the day of event, in cash (currency CZK). Original copy of application form has to be handed on 1.10.2022 at Event Office during registration.
3. In case entry fee was paid by wire transfer it is needed to show proof of full amount
payment.
4. By signing the application, the participant acknowledges that he starts the event at his own risk and waives any rights to compensation for any losses incurred during the event.
5. Entry fees are :
5.1. From 01 05 2022 to 31 08 2022 300 zł per participant (starter pack gu aranteed) or
1600 CZK paid at Event Office during event day
5.2. From 01 09 2022 to 30 09 2022 400 zł per participant (no guarantee for receiving
starter pack) or 2140 CZK paid at Event Office during event day
5.3. At the day of event 500 zł (without starter pack) or 2680 CZK paid at Event Office
during event day
5.4. In case participant is going to take part in more than one category should pay extra
100 zł (540 CZK) per every category
5.5. Participant entering event in RENTAL category only is exempt from the entry fee. The fee for renting the equipment is collected by a representative of the Steel Ring track.
